Hello!I work in Customer Support for Edge, a mobile crypto wallet company located in San Diego, CA. In my spare time, I am an avid crypto researcher and investor.Obtaining my B.A in Communication Science from UCSB in 2012, I've since continued to fine-tune this broad skill of sending and receiving messages. This supplemented my skills of empathic courtesy and helped me create very positive customer experiences.After completing my undergraduate degree, I had the ambition of an entrepreneur, but the appetite of a forever-student, trying to get a clear read on the world, and the value-creation opportunities I have in this lifetime.My love of learning, guided me into discovering a specialized learning technology that focuses on "purifying" the vocabulary, or your connection to each word, as these are the nodes of all thought & understanding. I've been using my this tech since 2013 to rapidly enhance my own vocabulary relationships, and I've also used this to create a specialized, private tutoring business. This was rewarding work, but I was limited in my ability to scale the effect I could have. Ultimately, I'd like to contribute to significant, structural improvements in our education system.When moving from Boston to San Diego in 2017, I also transitioned from specialized, academic tutoring into virtual customer service, as a freelance chat agent for web stores accepting crypto payments. It was during this time, I finally started taking cryptocurrency more seriously, and started gifting my future-self with an increasingly diversified crypto portfolio.From here, it was basically a full-time job - just being present, learning and tinkering around with all the emerging blockchain innovation. It's been a dream, being a self-employed researcher at the cutting edge of Decentralized Finance. And now I have a dream job, helping others have success in crypto! 🥳
