Collaborate with WHA professional staff in Civil and Structural engineering, Architectural and surveying departments on public projects. WHA is experienced in all aspects of Public Sector infrastructure design and construction. Directly managing strategic planning, infrastructure design strategic planning, and financial analysis. Dan has extensive technical training and educational background consisting of degrees from the University of Illinois in engineering and the University of Chicago MBA . WHA develops and provides high levels of technical and business innovations to achieve creative solutions to challenges facing public sector clients. Full service engineering/architectural expertise within the firm as well as partnering with a close network of technical and funding experts in the public infrastructure design, site development, and construction industry in Illinois and Iowa, especially in the fast growing region in and around Will, Kendall, and Grundy Counties.
