Supervising 6 offices across Warsaw, Krakow and Wrocław, covering nearly 70 000 sqm.- Provide superior customer service to meet Client’s expectations,- Manage all technical contractors onsite, to ensure required standard of performance, meeting the SLA’s and KPI’s expectations of the company,- Create and deliver proper list of technical related Preventive Maintenances and monitor all works finalization up to indicated date,- Creating documentation inventory for each site and maintain it,- Creating and monitoring asset lists, regular updates on assets conditions and changes,- Daily, monthly and quarterly inspections and audits of suppliers,- Daily office inspections to ensure all aspects of the FM related technical service delivery is functioning efficiently,- Procurement of technical vendors and services as required,Offers collection as required, preparing bench markings,- Assist in financial processes to ensure all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner,- Carry out periodic reviews of subcontractors to ensure the best possible quality of services provided,- Close cooperation with Project Team during office refurbishment, projects and new floors opening,- Office technical works procedures preparation (etc UPS maintenance, power outages procedures),- Create annual technical budget for the sites, provide accurate cost management and cost monitoring,- Cooperate with Health and Safety department provide suppliers technical related documentation and Logbooks.

- Facility Management services implementation in facilities located in Cracow, Warsaw, Gdansk and Silesian Voivodeship,- Maintenance of technical installation training for on-site technicians and engineers,- Management of 4 local technical teams,- Contracting subcontractors, contract negotiation, cost optimization,- Preparing and implementation of PPM in managed properties,- Regional manager’s support in staff recruiting, verification of shell&core and Fit-out as-built design documentation, operation and maintenance manuals and warranty,- Initial training and introduction of employees in new buildings,- Maintaining good relations with clients (landlords, property managers, tenants),- On-site technicians and engineers support in complex technical problems solving,- On-site inspection and offer calculations of FM services in locations across Poland for potential clients,- Contract management of newly accepted offers,- Client support in contacts with general contractors, subcontractors and media providers,- Client support in CAPEX and OPEX budget planning, participation in new investment process,- Improving skills and competencies of managed employees.

Onet Data Center maintenance and development in such areas as:- Precision Air Conditioning,- Power Supply System,- Precision Cooling,- Fire suppresion and smoke detection,- Fire Extinguishing,- UPS,- BMS, - Ventilation,- CCTV,- Acces control and Intrusion detection system.The key responsibility consisted of configuration and optimization of all HVACR systems according to equipment and energy efficiency requirements. In result Data Center operation was more cost effective and adjusted to its capacity.

Designing and installations planning of:- fire ventilation systems;- overpressure protection systems against smoking in the escape routes in case of fire;- stream ventilation systems in garages.
