As a Local Committee President at AIESEC Pitesti, I led a team of over 25 volunteers to deliver impactful projects and events for youth empowerment and social change. I also managed the strategic planning, training, budgeting, and partnerships of the organization. I have over three years of experience in the field of international exchange and youth leadership, having previously served as Vice President Outgoing Global Internship Program at AIESEC Pitesti. In this role, I facilitated the mobility and cultural learning of students and graduates, while developing my own research, problem-solving, and communication skills. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cloud Computing at University of Wales Trinity Saint David, where I have gained a solid foundation in the concepts and applications of cloud computing, as well as skills for the workplace. I have also completed certifications in app development, networking and cybersecurity, demonstrating my passion and curiosity for technology and innovation. My goal is to leverage my education and experience to contribute to the advancement and transformation of medium companies with a growth mindset.
