In charge of migrating Philips Group audio logistics operations to Gibson, ensuring continuity of operations, processes redesign and guaranteeing retail and distributors sell-in, returns, slowmover and write-off management. S&OP focal accounting for all warehousing and distribution. Responsible for logistics and insurance services purchase and payment.Main results:• BSC methodology for supplier evaluation, estimated savings of BRL 1.2 M.• Pallets removal on transfers between DCs, saving estimated at BRL 2.4 M / year.

Working as a leader for several projects focusing on improving storage, production units supply and finished products distribution, negotiating with shipowners, carriers, warehouses, port terminals, developing new process, packaging and vehicles better usage to increase operation level and cost reduction.Main results:• Finished products distribution change from road to cabotage, saving estimated at BRL 20 M.• Implementation of rail transportation between Santos and Sumaré, saving estimated at BRL 1.5 M with reduction of CO² emission generating carbon credits exchange.• Five days reduction in the nationalization of high value-added goods, leading to capital reduction.
