ALT (Assistant Language Teacher) at seven different Junior and Senior High Schools. Tasks involved lesson planning and delivery, motivating, supporting and encouraging students, usually worked alongside a JTE (Japanese Teacher of English). While at Mitaka Junior High Schools I conducted an intensive training course for fourteen Mitaka students visiting New Zealand. I planned the curriculum and gave the lessons as sole charge teacher.
