DANIEL MARCETAfter getting a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of the Pacific, Daniel worked as a copywriter at AC&R, a subsidiary of Ted Bates Advertising Agency, in New York; at Reid Walker, London; and in Brazil at DPZ and W/GGK (now W/McCann).In Argentina, for two years at Lautrec SA, and for more than thirty years he was Creative VP at Marcet & Asociados, where he worked for some of the most admired brands in the region.He won awards and was a jury and/or president of the jury at numerous national and international advertising festivals.Daniel was the advertising columnist at Fax, the award-winning TV program of the first Martín Fierro de Oro in Argentina, and, later on, at 360 Todo para Ver, the most-watched program in Argentina at noon, both broadcasted by Canal Trece.In 2007 he founded The Cup, The InterContinental Advertising Cup, in 2008, ExpoToons, the International Animation Festival, and in 2014, YesWeAd, the first digital advertising marketplace in Latin America.He is also Founding Partner at Emagine, a company specialized in the development of Destination Brand programs, responsible for the creation of the Buenos Aires brand and its licensing program; and at WeMoove, a revolutionary Move to Earn and Donate app, with its eco-friendly cryptocurrency Beat.Daniel is currently the owner of FIAP, the most traditional advertising festival in Ibero-America, with 55 years of history.
