- Developed the product roadmap, implemented and launched a mobile Map experience in the myBrand suite of applications. Users are able to interact with their vehicle location in the context of sending directions to a POI directly to their vehicle, navigate to their vehicle if it is parked within 2 miles, and manage boundary alerts for their vehicle.- Supported the launch of the OnStar Guardian mobile application, that now has 140,000 active users and has logged over 200,000 trips since April 2020. - Launched the redesigned myBrand mobile app, which facilitates over 1 million interactions by GM customers per week. Partnered with product managers, user experience designers, legal approvers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure the vision and delivery of the application were in alignment.- Conducted market research and A/B testing to identify features which would deliver value to GM customers.- Managed multiple scrum teams ensuring high value features were prioritized. Facilitated trade-offs between scope, schedule, capacity, feasibility, and value to the business for 5 customer facing mobile applications.- Implemented multi-factor authentication process, leading to increased security for mobile app users.- Participated in all planning activities, including but not limited to: PI planning, iteration planning, backlog refinement, user story definition and acceptance criteria- Launched a digital experience allowing customers a way, via IoT Amazon Alexa enabled smart speakers, to engage with Emergency-Certified OnStar Advisors in a time of need by only using their voice.
