Mitsch, to ensure the validity of ongoing research within the experimental wetlands. As an undergraduate research assistant, I analyzed water samples for the determination of chlorophyll-a in lakes and reservoirs in Ohio, to ascertain cyanobacteria concentrations. I was able to independently analyze samples using a spectrophotometer and assisted in entered raw data into our database.
