My responsibilities were but not limited to:-Customer service on the teller counter.-Achieving my referral targets on the counter and exceeding expectation.-Completing OSA, generals, balancing of coin counter and quick change machines.-Stepping into Assistant Mangers role when in need completing store operations and coaching of fellow staff members.-Training of new staff members.-Up skilling myself by spending time with staff out the front open accounts etc.-Using inspire skills to uncover opportunities on the teller counter.-Achieved being the #1 teller for referrals in 2014 final quarter in the lam.
