- Responsible for all maintenance related activities in the plaster plant and limestone quarry;- I had to prepare and follow-up the technical equipments maintenance plans, to manage the consumables and spare parts stock, to supervise both the internal maintenance activities and all the services suppliers performance, to make reports, to negotiate.

- Coordination of all activities linked to water supplying network and heating system of the town - Planning all the preventive maintenance activities and following-up reactive repair activities - Managing the consumables and spare parts stock - Leading and supervising an 18 people team

- Managing the team responsible for the maintenance and repair activities of the production lines equipment - Responsible for the overhaul of the production lines- Managing the spare parts and consumables stock- Following-up the maintenance procedures- Coordinating a team of 12 people

- Coordination of all maintenance and repairing activities of the caustic production section of soda plant- Responsible for the preventive maintenance activities planning, following-up the reactive maintenance activities, managing the spare parts and consumables stock, preparing reports, budgeting etc. - Leading a group of 70 employees

- Coordination of maintenance and repairing activities inside one section of the factory- Leading a team of 12 people
