For the first 10 years of my career I served my country helping to ensure peace and stability across the world. I have collaborated with ISAF (international security assistance forces) in this combined effort and have also had the proud honour working along side some truly inspirational leaders and foreign security personnel on multiple NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) led operations in the middle east. As a member of the British Army and serving in the Royal Corps of Signals I was able to develop my soldiering skills and experience in often demanding environments designed to test mental and physical ability's. Having passed some of the most physically demanding courses the Army had to offer (P Company) I proved to myself that I was capable of achieving anything when I set myself to the task. I have carried this mentality with me ever since and channel this into any challenge that comes my way. For the last 10 years I worked in the UK`s largest open access network Openreach, providing vital broadband and telephony services to local communities within the Suffolk and Essex regions. This was a fast paced environment helping to support local businesses and delivering fast reliable broadband to thousands of family homes across the 2 regions. I started from the ground up by learning the skills needed to install and repair copper/Fibre circuits. As Covid-19 arrived in 2019 the services we provided became even more important than ever helping to keep the nation connected through what were unprecedented times. With more and more people working from home the demand for quick, reliable broadband was inevitable. I learned very quickly about customer service and what it truly meant to build rapport with customers and going above and beyond when required. Excellent communication was needed and I had to actively listen to what the customer wanted in terms of installation and details of the home, Business setup. I am extremely excited to be starting my new chapter in my real estate career as a Sales Associate for TaylorHedley Property following a year’s experience in the industry with LJ Hooker Lake Macquarie. The change reflects my onward growth as a Sales agent. TaylorHedley property has become a foundational platform for me to grow my skills as a professional sales agent and excited for the opportunity’s that lye ahead. I am proud to be apart of the new team here at TaylorHedley property making a difference to peoples lives every single day.
