I am a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where I work with clients in the investment, financial services, energy, housing, agriculture, and public sectors to improve their financial and operational performance. I lead our Energy and Climate Finance practice globally, including our work in energy investing and lending, opportunities in the energy transition, as well as climate risk and sustainability for investors and FS firms.Previously, I led our Public Finance practice, serving government finance agencies as well as state owned finance enterprises to improve operational performance and delivery for taxpayers.Prior to that, I led our Housing and Real Estate Finance practice. I continue to do significant work in residential and commercial real estate.Earlier in my career, I focused my practice significantly on front line, retail store front, call center and sales force operations improvements, and I founded our Customer Experience practice in financial services.Over my time at McKinsey, I have served clients across industries, including investing, financial services , energy, housing, commercial real estate, agriculture, professional services, technology, and the public sector. Over the years I have held several operating and people roles at McKinsey, including leading recruiting in Washington, D.C., leading the Business Analyst program in New York, leading associate people processes in the Mid-Atlantic, and leading our Women's Initiative in the Mid-Atlantic office. I moonlight as an amateur baseball and softball coach and equipment manager; my golf game is improving more slowly than my kids'.
