Performing functions related to the manufacture and assembly of equipment, defining processes according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 being a preventive resource in LRP within the industrial and construction sectors for more than 15 years.Management of continuous improvement processes through TPSS 1/2 (time, process and space savings should be improved until cut them in half).Major achievements:- Start up of forklifts models in MLESA:o Electric models (2N1 in 2017, MX in 2019, XL in 2020 and M2 in 2023)o Diesel and LPG models (1F4 in 2015 and MG in 2021)- Start up of CNC machinery in GOGOR in 2007.Minor achievements:- Improving mast assembly processes reducing working hours.o Improvement of bearings assembly process by means of a wireless shim measurement system (MLESA 2012).o Improvement of time measurement process in mast elevation tests by means of laser measurement system and vision cameras (MLESA 2019 and 2020). - Improving logistics and warehouse processes (MLESA 2015):o Reduction time equivalent to 0.5 logistic workers.o New available space: 600 m2.o Investment: €12.000.- Reduction of fixed assets in storage (GOGOR 2008)o Reduction of inventory from €60,000 to €20,000 in one year.Thank you very much for your time and your patience for getting here.
