Most recently led Global Strategy & Transformation for the $25bn global leader in HR services and Human Capital Management. Previously served in leadership roles in 4 different countries (US, Germany, France, Switzerland) both in corporate management roles and with full P&L responsibility for up to $550m in revenue and 600 employees. Learned HR services and Human Capital work from the ground up starting as an intern in a staffing agency while completing a master’s degree in management.Board member and co-investor at global leaders in workforce technology and services companies owned by tier 1 private equity investors.Specialties: change management, general management, strategy building and strategy execution, M&A, post-merger integration, private equity work.Originally from Mannheim, Germany.
