With over a decade of experience in leading finance and operations for global employer of record (EOR) services, I am a Director of Finance and Operations at Agility EOR, a fast-growing company that helps businesses expand internationally without the hassle of setting up local entities. I oversee the finance and operations functions for Agility EOR, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accuracy in all aspects of the business. Prior to joining Agility EOR, I was a Global Lead for Europe at Papaya Global, another EOR provider, where I managed the European operations and client relationships. Before that, I was the Head of Europe Centre of Excellence at TopSource Worldwide, another EOR provider, where I led the European operations and service delivery. My core competencies include financial management, operational excellence, client satisfaction, and cross-cultural communication.
