Monitor and review the costs and budget of the projects in collaboration with the Financial Division, during the entire duration of the projects (from initiation to launch); support the project beneficiary in pursuing the benefits of the project;7. Identify the necessary human and material resources; define the roles of resources and responsibilities within the projects; allocate resources and monitor project activity together with the Project Portfolio Analyst;8. Ensure the good management of the communication with the project sponsors, including the communication plan;9. Elaborate, monitor and implement the communication plan; identify the key messages, audience, frequency and communication channels to be used in the projects
