Worked with Dr. Barrett Slade, PhD, on an econometric model that (1) aided Utah County in assessing condominium properties and (2) led to another model that more accurately predicts future property values in Utah County.

Worked along side the General Counsel, Eric Vernon, assisting in document and policy drafting, legal research, and litigation support.
