• Served as an Officer for the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis creating and delivering more streamlined and formalized strategic Bank initiatives across the 12 nationwide Reserve Banks resulting in cohesive, technically and legally validated data privacy and information management program adopted across all Reserve Banks. • Designed, built and implemented the first comprehensive, nationwide data privacy program for the national Federal Reserve System. Served as Deputy Chief Privacy Officer with oversight over all Bank personal data management processes and operations responsible for business processes across all 12 Federal Reserve Bank functions.

•Primary privacy subject matter expert and attorney for this global organization advising on compliance with U.S. and international privacy laws and regulations.•Developed the framework and strategy to establish and mature the enterprise privacy program including policy structures, governance groups, ideology and risk assessment. •Led cross functional project teams to implement privacy and security requirements in areas including mobile, online, advertising, marketing, big data, social media, cloud and communications.•Built a Privacy Impact Assessment process including an intake framework integrated into the funding and PMO processes to ensure the assessment of new and changed projects, systems and processes. •Established cross-functional privacy working groups and leadership oversight committees to inform policy creation, monitoring and enforcement. •Created and implemented the company's first security and privacy training, awareness, and attestation program leading a team of marketing, IT, change management and security partners.

•Founding member of Target Corporation’s first enterprise privacy team. Key member of the team that built its enterprise privacy program from a clean slate to industry-leading maturity. As an internal consultant covering new and emerging financial, healthcare and digital transformation initiatives, consulted on countless cutting-edge projects. Partnered with project teams to provide guidance on applicable laws and regulations, recommend risk-mitigating actions, and document business processes.

•Served as a trading analyst at Bear Stearns managing thousands of loan purchases and residential mortgage backed security transactions valued at over $10 billion. Conducted cash flow analyses, compiled deal metrics and performed P&L projections on whole loan portfolio and residual bond holdings.

•Prepared financial statements, conducted portfolio stress tests and variance analyses, and forecast income for corporations and high net worth private bank clients.
