Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, during my time at Zapp I have been responsible for managing the successful operation and growth of several Dark Store/Fulfillment Centre's. Having joined the company to open a new store, I have since progressed, successfully taking over operations of one of the companies' more busier sites in Central London. Being directly responsible for a large team of Supervisors, alongside a rotating selection of delivery riders, my main responsibilities have been to:- Manage, motivate and support a team of supervisors, warehouse staff and riders within a time sensitive and demanding operational environment, to ensure the effective delivery of team performance and productivity expectations/standards- Drive innovation to delight every customer. Identify opportunities to improve store set-ups to make teams more effective and encourage accuracy- Collaborate with HQ in driving process and technical changes, managing changes within the business by advocating for the team's needs. Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes and driving simplicity – making complex processes accessible and easy to implement- Maintain health and safety standards, promoting a positive on-site safety culture, ensuring the site is complaint with regulatory/legal requirements - Evaluate and report on store KPI’s, monitor logistics and operations to ensure success
