Responsible for supporting entire network infrastructure, including Exchange 2007, Dynamics SL 7.0, SQL 2005, and CRM 4.0. with required access across multiple secured home office networks. I was also Project Manager for the MS CRM implementation. My area of oversight included managing IT budget, and all IT vendor relationships. In addition, I supported 35 permanently mobile employees with only basic computer skills.  Successful CRM implementation of MS CRM including highly complex customizations Training of executive workforce in MS CRM. Collocation transfer of production servers to different facilities. Managed 10 servers using Microsoft stack, including CRM, Exchange, SQL Server, Dynamics SL, SharePoint. Support of mobile workforce 35 strong.
