Assigned to Presales team for Unified Communications Performance Monitoring Software Prognosis across Telco and enterprise, I leveraged technical SME to build client relationships and support the sales funnel. Secured 6-figure contract with St.George bank to monitor the full IP telephony HO and branch network and worked with customers such as the Australian National University and the University of Auckland. I attained account ownership of Optus BAU service delivery, working directly with the Optus team.

Joining Equity Markets’ investment banking development team, I supported an important integration project utilising feeds based on MQ and XML technologies to integrate a new stock lending system. Maintaining high stakeholder engagement, I secured architectural decisions for this time-critical project, communicating with the business, across development teams and third-party vendor specialists.

Promoted into the Unified Communications Team. I established product strengths and areas for improvement, demonstrating product capability at the Prognosis booth at Cisco Networkers conference in US. I also represented Integrated Research as the key sole technical representative in the IP Telephony beta trial, visiting clients across the US and Germany, and providing metrics back to Product Management and issues to Support/Development.

Represented OSM to deliver on-site integration testing, verifying increased Combat System functionality for the Department of Defence. This involved trips to Adelaide and HMAS Stirling, Perth, with service continuing relationships for OSM and future Defence contracts.
