I am Premier's Specialist in the implementation of our online Auto-enrolment Management solution which assists employers in meeting their regulatory obligations.I also deal with the implementation of new Group Personal Pension schemes and bulk transfers. I deal with heads of HR and Payroll, together with providers, and members of pension schemes, assisting with their pension enquiries.

I was responsible for the client relationship management of between 22 and 45 schemes - this included presentations, one-to-one advice sessions and open Q&A forums on pensions and employee benefits. I was also responsible for the introduction of other streams of financial services to the clients, through relationship building and strategic joint business planning.

I managed a team of between 8 and 14 staff ranging from senior to junior administrators. I was tasked with managing the team to deliver a first class service to our clients. This included managing team workflow, tackling backlogs, training on DB and DC administration, conducting appraisals, one-to-ones and career planning.

I was responsible for the day to day administration of up to 40 DB and DC pension schemes. This included manual final salary calculations, annuity purchases, risk benefits - death claims - rebroking. Working to turnaround times and service level agreements.
