He coordinated with stakeholders across the business sectors to systematically identify and solve global process and transparency requirements with a strong global focus on regulatory requirements, internal policy compliance as well as improved efficiency.

The Sydney Swans Football Club has a reputation as a leader in the Australian sports industry and is one of the premier AFL clubs. Dan's successes included:- Timely problem solving under a high-pressure environment;- Successfully implemented process changes;- Managed close relationships with stadiums, suppliers, players, coaches, management, sponsors and the Board of Directors;- Programmed live match-day statistics dashboards used during the game, breaks and post match; - Development of continuous improvement strategies related to recruitment, succession planning and performance;- 2012 AFL Premiership win;- Swans have made the Semi Finals or higher each year during Dan's tenure.After a successful tenure with the Sydney Swans, Dan was invited back and continues to provide match day analysis and IT support in the coaches box.

The Brumbies are Australia's most successful Super Rugby team. Dan's management of IT and Performance Analysis included facilitating team meetings and workshops, staff management, problem solving while enhancing productivity to produce the best service possible for the club. He provided statistics and video analysis for team and individuals for Australia’s most successful Super Rugby franchise. Dan collaborated with coaches to develop strategies based on statistical analysis and KPIs, monitoring the change impact.

Dan was responsible for initiating a change plan and implementing a performance analysis program into Samoa Rugby Union and it's national team. This process took place throughout the Northern Hemisphere Tour and included matches against Wales, France and Italy.

Dan was Performance Analyst for the 2007 Pacific Nations Cup tour in the 3 months leading into the IRB Rugby World Cup in France. The tour delivered key analysis and provided a direct feed of players into the Wallabies World Cup Team.

As Australia’s strategic high performance sport agency, the Australian Institute of Sport is responsible and accountable for leading the delivery of Australia’s international sporting success.Dan was involved in the Biomechanical testing of athletes and produced testing protocols for the Australian Swimming, Volleyball and Netball teams, AIS Canoe/Kayak, Golf, Boxing and AIS/AFL Academy.
