Prepare and Analyze P&L and Forecast: Monthly responsibility for constructing the company's financial results and updating the forecast, supporting the CFO and executive board in decision-making.2. Evaluate the Economic Viability of the Retail Project: Provided financial analysis support for the Retail Project results, identifying ways to achieve better outcomes.3. Optimize Logistics Costs: Provided analytical support to the logistics director, helping to understand results and develop action plans to improve sector cost efficiency.4. Lead and Develop Team: Worked closely with two direct reports, an analyst and an intern, ensuring their deliverables and professional development.5. Analyze Potential Investments: Recommended to the executive board whether to invest in specific projects, such as the construction of a raw material factory.

Restructure and Automate the Area: After more than a year without direct staff, we resumed analyses and deliverables to support the company's growth.2. Build and Analyze Results: Prepared monthly P&L, cost and expense analyses, and contribution margin reports, supporting the CFO and executive board in decision-making.3. Forecast and Budget: Developed the annual budget and updated the company's forecast on a monthly basis.
