As a PM responsible for overseeing the evolution and maintenance of the product core, I collaborated directly with developers and designers to drive team success, consistently guided by OKRs and KPIs. My responsibilities extended from the customer integration process to the loan repayment. During my tenure, I achieved significant milestones, including creating a self-service system that reduced monthly customer acquisition costs by approximately 10%. I also led the restructuring of the E2E transactional communication process, resulting in a notable increase in monthly revenue, of about 8%

Product: Spalla Streaming. Managed the product using agile methodologies and lean product conception. My responsibility was to oversee the product as a whole, involving myself in executive, long-term strategic, operational, and day-to-day management alongside team leaders to achieve product discovery and delivery. Key achievements include: - Broadcasting the Copa do Nordeste (Northeast FC) - (Live Mode) - Broadcasting the Campeonato Mineiro (TVNsports) - Broadcasting the Campeonato Carioca - Cariocão (TVNsports) - Broadcasting games from the top tier of the Brazilian Championship (Atlético Paranaense, Fluminense, Botafogo, and Vasco).
