This involved:- Daily monitoring of the product builds during all phases (development, beta and live).- Providing UX feedback to the developers.- Building out all content on the website and mobile app and providing constant feedback about bugs.- Being a positive voice of change with internal communications about the new website and mobile app.- Up-skilling on the fly with new web CMS (WordpressVIP) and mobile app CMS (Yinzcam) for further coaching of my team.
