As part of the CTO office, contributing to the consolidation of IT operations over the EQUANS group after its carve out from the ENGIE group; and now, after its integration within the BOUYGUES conglomerate. Working on setting transversal entities to globalize digital practices and setting infrastructures to support the different business units.

Managed the technical team of the Nemo platform @ Engie Digital. Hired to refactor the platform by restructuring the teams, addressing technical debts, improving platform performance and applying industry best practices.Nemo is a digital platform for the implantation and optimization of heating and cooling networks at the scale of a city. Nemo is composed of 3 independent verticals deployed on two Clouds (Azure, AWS) with clients across the globe and an international team of around 40 people.

'Industry futures' team, part of Autodesk Research- Completed all eight AWS certifications,- Developing competences in Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP),- Developed tooling to capture and leverage engineering knowledge.

'Numerical Solvers' team, part of the manufacturing division09/2012-09/2013 - Principal engineer- Built a generic distributed platform to optimize Autodesk simulation solutions,- Programmed a set of optimization algorithms (DOE, GA, SNA, CMA-ES) This was the original project on Generative Design at Autodesk.2011-12 & 2013-14 - Senior research engineer (2x one year projects)- Drove the development of Autodesk Moldflow optimization platform- Improved Moldflow job manager and refined various Moldflow optimization tools- Trained Asia-Pacific support team on Autodesk structural solutions over a four months period,- Served as technical expert on structural solutions for our Australian strategic customers. 06/2008-2011 - Research engineer- Implemented numerous solver improvements over Autodesk portfolio of structural solutions, using code debugging, profiling, segmenting, refactoring; and by introducing HPC from multi-CPU and GPU,- Introduced a new library to handle 3D surface meshes,- Maintained an internal blog following the acquisition to introduce Moldflow technologies.

Worked on Moldflow warpage solution, refactoring memory management, improving performances, implementing new functionalities for surface segmentation.Moldflow was acquired by Autodesk, Inc. during the period.

Consultant as a Polymer specialist at Philips Advanced Technology center, Drachten, Netherlandsfor the Domestic Appliances and Personal Care division. As part of the research team:- Introduced online material databases in the product development life-cycle,- Established a benchmark over visual effects from injection molding,- Ran patent searches on visual technologies using injection molding,- Participated in various small projects on product improvements.
