At Wachovia/Wells Fargo I was responsible for the branch's sales and service goals. I was the point of contact for new clients to get set up in the appropriate relationship with the bank, and would work with existing account holders to ensure their accounts were serving their needs properly. I worked closely with partners in other areas of the bank including Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Wells Fargo Advisors, and the small business specialists.
