Frazier Engineering Services is a registered professional engineering firm in the State of Texas providing water resources and general civil engineering services; the firm was formed in 2023 by Daniel Frazier, P.E. (TX License 122004) following a 10+ year career working with national and regional level engineering consultants, and was created to provide dedicated planning, design, and support services to municipal and commercial clients. Daniel’s project resume contains extensive experience across all project phases including preliminary engineering and feasibility studies, planning and permitting, design, and construction oversight and administration. The firm specializes in groundwater related topics such as public water supply well and wellfield design and development, groundwater conservation district permitting, and aquifer storage and recovery (ASR). Additionally, Frazier Engineering Services provides services related to water supply planning for both municipal and commercial clients including water demand and supply availability projections and assessments, alternative water source evaluations including capital and operating requirements. Lab instructor for CVEN 303 (Civil Engineering Measurement and Surveying). I teach students the basics of surveying including the use of auto-levels, total stations, and gps units and also record keeping for these respective tasks.
