(TX License 122004) following a 10+ year career working with national and regional level engineering consultants, and was created to provide dedicated planning, design, and support services to municipal and commercial clients. Daniel’s project resume contains extensive experience across all project phases including preliminary engineering and feasibility studies, planning and permitting, design, and construction oversight and administration. The firm specializes in groundwater related topics such as public water supply well and wellfield design and development, groundwater conservation district permitting, and aquifer storage and recovery (ASR).
