ReVista Harvard Review of Latin America at the David Rockefeller Center for Latin American StudiesAssisted Harvard’s ReVista content migration to new website. Worked directly with Editor-in-Chief and Executive Director to compile a database on Harvard’s faculty focused on Latin America studies.

- Advised local governments in Quintana Roo MX and Winston-Salem NC on addressing school dropout during COVID-19, and improving the education-to-workforce pipeline. Presented research reports to key stakeholders.- Analyzed data and composed final projects reports on: i. assessing participant’s engagement in virtual museum experiences using heart rate data and data visualizations, ii. predicting educational attainment associated with race IAT scores using multivariate and interaction regression analysis, and iii. predicting educational attainment through machine learning methods (lasso, ridge, tree, random forests).

Empowered youth in the Greater Boston Area to volunteer in service trips in Latin America. Volunteered abroad in rural villages in Nicaragua, Haiti, Dominican Republic, and Guatemala (2010-2013). Worked on projects involving sexual education, English classes, infrastructural development, water access, cholera prevention campaigns, documentary making, and youth conferences. Co-founded and directed a social entrepreneurship named Les Manos United, sponsored by the Ashoka Youth Venture Program and the ArtScience Prize. Fundraised and received awards totaling $5000 to create awareness projects and short films on water access and education. Gathered and distributed hundreds of toys and shoes, as well as dozens of books, for communities in Nicaragua and Haiti.
