I further communicate the real value that Agile and DevOps culture can deliver as a speaker and presenter to in-house, local, and national conferences and events—and that depth of subject-matter expertise helps me address the really tough questions that people may have about Agile transformation. For example, when people come to me and say, "We want to build a new Agile process," I respond, "Great! I speak about that nationally." Or, "We know that Agile is valuable, but we don't know how to scale it," I can reply, "Great! I can show you how to scale Agile teams to a large size." Bottom line? I'm uniquely qualified to drive Agile transformation—and deliver the results of that transformation across the organization.
