Served as the original founder and creator of a start-up supply chain finance company looking to fund high technology companies manufacturing in Asia and selling globally.

Created the Global Technology Lending Division for the bank (the US subsidiary of Bank SinoPac in Taiwan), served as CEO of the bank's SSBIC investment company and managed the San Jose branch.Successfully integrated the operations of the branch and lending activities of the US and Taiwan banks resulting in the unit becoming the second most profitable unit in the bank and the most integrated unit of the US subsidiary into the Taiwanese holding company.

Founded the Venture Banking Division of Greater Bay Bancorp creating our own unique brand and identity in the technology community..Created the Asset-Based Lending Division of Greater Bay Bancorp by establishing a unique relationship with Concord Growth and Pacific Business Funding (later acquired by the bank), which resulted in an outsourcing of the operational management of ABL and factoring transactions to our partners while the bank provided low cost capital to the transactions.Combined, these units provided the bank with one of the most profitable operations in the bank and generated one of the largest, low-cost deposit bases for the bank.

Responsible for managing lending relationships with Silicon Valley-based technology companies most of which were start ups.Credit Examination Officer with the Northern California Corporate Credit Examination Services Division. Responsible for reviewing the loan portfolios and operations of corporate lending and private banking units in California. Participated in a month-long review of the private sector debt portfolio of the Mexico City office.
