Managed the landscaping/hardscape crews. I helped with bids, quotes, and estimates. I also helped new customer acquisition. Trained all the new employees, and oversaw quality control. I started working here as a foreman during my summer breaks in college. During my time there, I worked my way up to managing the entire landscape/hardscape department under the supervision of the owner.
