Supports the Product and Market development manager to develop and deploy products and services to ensure the long term sustainability of Jemena's gas distribution network.

Responsible for projects within the gases product management space including customer experience, supply chain optimisation and new product service offers. Assisting in product management and strategic marketing.Key responsibilities include:- Project management of cx, supply chain and new product initiatives- Safe and efficient role out of new products to the gases technology space- Technical and non-technical sales support- Process and operations optimisation- Business strategy review and reporting

Responsible for the safe and efficient operations and optimisation of Air Separation, Liquefied Natural Gas, Helium, Carbon Dioxide and other gas production plants across Australia and New Zealand while ensuring supply to pipeline customers.Key responsibilities include:- Plant KPI Reporting- Participation in plant efficiency reviews and safety audits- Plant optimization and troubleshooting during normal operations- Start-ups and shut downs of gas production plants- Start-up, shut-down and safe operation of turbo-machinery i.e. Compressors, Turbines- Participation in risk reviews for plant related engineering changes- Creating and maintaining up-to-date plant operating procedures- Liaising with plant operating technicians based on site to ensure supply to pipeline customers are maintained- Plant performance monitoring

Lead the engineering and technical aspects of heating ventilation and air conditioning commercial projects. Facilitated site design and co-ordination issues, provided advice to project managers, clients and relevant site personnel to ensure a fully compliant, quality and cost effective product. Managed safety systems to AS4801 for multiple subcontractors and clients. Undertook quality assurance for passive and active fire prevention systems.Key responsibilities included:- Primary responsibility for ensuring projects arrived on time and under budget.- Programming and organising relevant labour and materials to ensure projects ran smoothly.- Facilitating and trouble-shooting of commissioning process of complex mechanical systems and equipment.- Administration and implementation of safety management systems in accordance with AS4801.- Manager in the capacity of safety for multiple contractors and sub-contractors.- On-site coordination, design and quality assurance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.- Inspection and test planning for all systems installed including sign off and inspection of active and passive fire prevention measures.

Undertook design, estimations, trouble-shooting and inspections of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Provided interpretations of the Australian building code and Australian standards (AS1668, AS3000, AS3500, AS1682) to ensure project compliance, optimal cost effective design and practical construction practices on commercial, industrial and residential mechanical systems.Key responsibilities included:- Full design of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems including the selection of mechanical equipment (heat exchangers, pumps, air conditioning units, cooling towers, chillers, fans and blowers).- Ensuring optimal design practice, project improvements, budget savings, compliance with the Australian standards and building codes for mechanical projects.- Liaising with customers, contractors and sub-contractors to accurately design and estimate large scale mechanical contracts and potential contracts.- Communication with project engineers and project managers, providing advice and information on best engineering practice.- Design, drafting, interpretation and approval of building services drawings.
