I am a security policy expert with legal background and over 20 years of experience in analysing and countering extremism, hybrid threats, foreign interference, disinformation and radicalisation. I have worked for various organisations and institutions, both nationally and internationally, including the EU, OSCE-ODIHR, and GLOBSEC.Most recently, I was the Director of Centre for Countering Hybrid Threats at Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic, where I led a team of experts who provided strategic analysis and policy advice on security challenges to the MoI leadership. I also coordinated a national project aimed at increasing resilience of Slovak public administration towards hybrid threats. My core competencies include analytical and drafting skills, project management, leadership and management, advising senior officials, and networking. I have authored and co-authored over 20 analytical reports and publications on topics related to hybrid threats and internal security. My mission is to defend democracy and counter hybrid threats and extremism, using evidence-based analysis, policy recommendations, and stakeholder engagement.
