In my current role as a Senior Project Manager I lead multi platform projects and manage teams located in different countries and time zones. Clients are typically large broadcasters and telecoms around Europe. The Technical Project Manager role required me to manage and deliver major, multi-platform, interactive software projects in a broadcast environment where deadlines are fixed but often last minute changes are needed.Typically my project tasks included liaising with the end-client, communicating frequently and clearly with internal and external stakeholders, preparing and maintaining appropriate project management documentation and managing a team of software engineers working in an agile development environment.I also worked with clients to manage third-party dependencies including external consultants engaged by the client, systems integrators and with other third-party software vendors.
