Diablo Unified School District, oversee approximately 650,000 sq ft of commercial real estate with an estimated replacement value of $43,620,000.Considerable collaboration with various departments, teams and community leads involving public relations, event planning, fundraising, and extended learning, in an effort to close the educational achievement gaps affecting the pre and post COVID generations.Designer and lead for safety, logistics, facility compliance, major operating systems, technology, communications, and the procurement, inventory, and distribution of thousands of items essential to campus operations.Manager of vendors encompassing health, safety, pest, compliance, food distribution, custodial, sanitation, utility, facilities, liaising in some financial and legal communication, and project management of commercial contracted repairs.As a member of leadership, align to set expectations for nearly 700 students and 65+ staff with respect to HR practices, payroll protocol, adult culture, policy, and other multi-layered compliance functions.Auditing and implementation of facility physical space requirement.Hiring, firing, coaching, personal development, and quarterly evaluation of staff.
