Responsible for increasing process control and operating efficiency, reduce material and labor variance. Lead continuous improvement initiatives through the use of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma and other lean tools. This position will manage and lead the Chamberlain’s operational excellence efforts. Assist in OPEX Training and mentoring of lean engineering team members, lead and/ or support kaizen events, VSM events, and productivity improvement.Assist plant leadership in establishing baseline and target metrics for key processes. Support to align the company objectives with manufacturing objectives and establish measurement system (Breakthrough Deployment). Define and Implement the long term lay-out vision. Drive opportunities for improvements; promote change environment and innovation throughout our processes.
