I have more than 20 years experience working in senior management positions related to Strategy, Management Improvement and Information Technologies. I have done so for companies both in industrial and service sectors.I am an expert in the field of Strategy, where I have worked with methods such as BSC or SWOT analysis:- Strategy definition, selection and priorisation of strategic lines and objectives- Strategy alignment and deployment through scorecards, processes and projects- Review and improvementI have taken part in 7 Strategic Cycles as a member of the Senior Management Teams of my Companies, using several strategic management tools and methods, particularly Balanced Scorecard.Related to the deployment of the Strategy, I have a wide experience in the design, deployment and improvement of Process Management Systems. I usually lead the deployment and improvement of transversal processes.I am a Project Management Professional certified by PMI, for which I have submitted evidence for more than 6500 hours working as Project Manager. Amongst others, I have successfully leaded projects for:- The manufacture of equipment for petrochemical industries- ERP software deployment, both internally and in an alliance of different companies- Deployment of management systems (process, project, PMO, innovation)I am an expert in Agile Project Management (scrum), I have leaded several IT agile projects.I have a deep knowledge and experience regarding Information Technologies. Knowledge by training, both at the University and later studies. Experience of having leaded the IT departments in 2 companies and worked on the Technological Strategy in both of them.I am certified business management assessor, I have leaded more than 10 business assessment processes, most of them according to the EFQM Excellence Model. I have leaded the evolution of Mutua Navarra towards the achievement of EFQM levels 400+ and 500+ as well as the Navarra Prize for Excellence.
