My practice focuses on tax litigation and dispute resolution. I advise and represent clients in income tax and GST audits, objections and appeals. I also represent taxpayers in voluntary disclosures, penalty and interest relief applications and collections matters. My practice also includes advising taxpayers on corporate tax planning and resource taxation.My education includes a Bachelor's of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Juris Doctor from Western University. I have completed both the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course and the CPA Canada In-Depth Corporate Reorganization course. I am a frequent speaker and writer for the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Canadian Bar Association, and a member of the Alberta and Ontario bars.In my spare time, I am mentor for the University of Calgary's Tax Court Assistance Program and a coach at the Donald G.H.
