My current mission is to build a recognized and durable brand in the shooting sports industry focused on simplifying ammunition ownership.This is no easy task.As the Founder and CEO of a small web based physical products company, I deal with the usual challenges familiar to anyone in my role such as unexpected technical glitches, customer emergencies, logistics problems and employee mediation. There are also additional challenges unique to my industry which require an unconventional approach and heaps of creativity to overcome.
