I run at problems. I make change. I do it fast, but thoughtfully. Throughout my career these traits have always defined me. I've found myself in management for the last 10 years because of my ability to lead and communicate. I have always described my perfect job as one where I could complete projects and manage people through change - continually evolving processes. I'm someone who is decisive, but checks in.
