Created a comprehensive project management plan to launch CSM. This process included multiple stakeholder meetings with leadership, mapping Center goals and responsiveness to the CHIPS Act, Curriculum workshops with faculty and partner institutions, logistical buildups of communications resources, coordination with Facilities on a $15M clean room renovationLiaison between executive leadership and event planning, communications, business affairs, facilities, and research development personnel tracking multiple simultaneous projects such as funding proposals, research events, budgeting and funding status, marketing and branding strategy, website development and curriculum expansion.Shifted from project initiation and planning into operational oversight of project execution following the closure of the Office of Strategic Initiatives and the loss of contracted personnel handling events, communications, finances, and other responsibilities.
