● Supervise clinical business analysts and project resources; manage and evaluate work products for team members within Epic Revenue Cycle products. ● Migrate over $3 Billion in revenue from Epic Enterprise system product migration of Claims, Payments, Rapid Retest of Claims and pre Accounts Receivable edits for Weill Cornell Medicine and Columbia University to an Experian Claimsource platform.● Review and Impact KPI’s with leadership to help dictate best practices.● Responsible for the Revenue Cycle Management for Weill Cornell Medicine and review all new product features with stakeholders which included Department Managers, Physicians and Weill Cornell Medicine Leadership.● Coordinate and communicate with 3 different Institutions and several 3rd party vendors to create the best solution for our customers.● Write Scopes, Business Requirements, Closure documents and Product Roadmaps for project enhancements for additional features.● Conduct End to End testing for all new 3rd party vendor products and services.● Member of a 3 person team responsible for reviewing Data Metrics with Department Heads to enhance revenue or consolidate information for ease of use for the end users for over 1300 Full Time Physicians.● Update and Build EDI files using CMS Guidelines● Build the infrastructure for Facilities and Departments to charge capture,claim edit and export EDI files for all insurance carriers and payments adjudicated imported back into the practice management system.● Manage Project Timelines while achieving customer and stakeholder objectives by minimizing errors and building enhancements. ● Prioritize new features created by our software vendors and create best practices to build and implement them.
