I helped build the on-boarding process for a V1 product launch, as one of the first members of the Customer Success team. I learned that the "seeds of churn are planted in onboarding", thus we made several revisions using real-time feedback from our initial customers to finalize a successful, painless on-boarding system.

As an App Specialist I was responsible for the success and longevity of our client relationships. I consulted our clients on their app’s layout, artwork, flow, and layout using our SaaS platform. I then support any technical issues out clients experience on the platform. Technical issues range from identifying and reporting bugs to the dev team, to tweaking client's XML code, to consulting clients on how to integrate Subsplash with other third party platforms. After the launch of a client's app I consult my clients on ways to best promote their app over Email, their Websites, and Social Media using Subsplash's promotion tools.

I gained a holistic understanding of the mortgage process, learned the joys and frustrations of mortgage professionals, and won 2nd place of 15 interns for my written plan to improve the customer mortgage experience after interviewing employees around the division.I became comfortable with BECU's SQL database, but did not limit my understanding to the numbers. I always wanted to know what story the data told and how we could apply this knowledge. I was in communication with BECU's branch managers reporting on trends that would enable them to identify coaching opportunities with their employees. I job shadowed numerous times with employees in different departments, finding the most interest in IT Project Management as BECU unveils a new website and personal finance web tool.

I worked directly with national marketing agencies as well as local businesses to 1.) Understand their motivations and marketing goals,2.) Create a best fit advertising campaign, 3.) Negotiate and close a winning deal for both parties. After inheriting a debt, I quickly built 4 new relationships with ad clients to stabilize our revenue stream. I executed best communication practices to support our existing customer relationships, reach out and win new customers, and ensure the collection of advertising invoices.

Allied works with top film studios including Warner Brothers, Disney, and Paramount to promote and create excitement for upcoming films. As an intern I was assigned an upcoming movie and would then create a marketing plan designed to maximize awareness of the film in the Seattle area that interacts personally with Seattle residents. For example, I helped promote the Paramount release of the 2014 film Divergent by planning a Divergent themed night at an indoor rock-climbing gym. I planned the event with the gym owners and then personally managed it. I interacted with the guests through running a climbing challenge, hosting a ticket give away raffle, and passing out branded Divergent merchandise.

After working as an intern in the MiiR office, I gained knowledge of small business operations including PR communications, product development and research, sales, website & social media management, and data base management.My duties included:-Created content for social media platforms and monitored the company’s web presence.-Maintained the customer database and worked to find a better strategy for organizing customer information.-Wrote biographies about businesses partnering with MiiR for the company’s website, improving my writing skill in a business/ public relations setting.

I lead and taught cabin activities (including rock climbing and 3 day backpack trips) for 10 cabins of 8 boys with the goal of growing character, skills, relationships, and faith.I learned to maintain a positive discipline with the children, enforcing the rules of our facilities to ensure the children's safety, prevent bullying, and provide an enriching, fun experience.I felt my emotional intelligence improve as I worked closely with people: campers, parents, colleagues, and supervisors. I learned to operate among different personalities and negoitiate to reach a common goal: the enrichment of these children's lives.
