I lead the Asia Pacific Partner Talent Acquisition team at Deloitte. This team of executive search specialists, based in China, Singapore, Japan and Australia, manage partner-level talent acquisition for all areas of the Deloitte business. In this role I managed the Deloitte Consulting Talent Acquisition team across Australia, focusing on Technology, Digital, Human Capital, Actuarial, and Strategy & Operations. I worked with a national team of experienced recruiters to develop proactive talent attraction and engagement activities that met the demands of a successful growing consulting business. The Australian partnership of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu is committed to growth, client service and its people – 700 partners and more than 7000 people located in 14 offices across the country, plus Papua New Guinea and Timor-Leste.

I was part of the Global Talent Acquisition team and directly responsible for Executive Search at Accenture Australia. In this role I engaged with the senior leadership team to develop sourcing strategies and then engage with senior executive talent in Australia. I sourced directly and maintained strong candidate networks across Digital, Strategy, Technology, BPO, Finance and Resources. I have also sourced candidates for roles in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Thailand.

I was responsible for managing and developing the graduate recruitment strategy for Accenture Australia. This role allowed me to develop skills within campaign management, social media engagement, brand management and talent assessment in order to deliver a large number of graduate candidates to the Accenture business. I was also part of the wider graduate industry serving on the Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE) committee for a number of years.

In this role I was responsible for experienced hire recruitment for a number of business areas at Accenture. This included corporate positions within HR, Finance and Legal, as well as consulting positions. I was the end to end recruiter responsible for all aspect of sourcing and assessing high performing talent.

Newcrest is a leading international gold company and was one of the world's lowest cost gold producers. The company is Australia's largest gold producer and a global top 10 gold mining company.Based in the company head office I was responsible for recruiting corporate roles within HR, Finance, IT and specialist project based positions. This required me to conduct screening interviews and shortlist candidates to hiring managers. This role was a short term six month contract and I enjoyed gaining an insight in to the mining and resources industry.
