I am a Managing Director at BMO in the Corporate Advisory group. The group brings deep advisory expertise to our clients in the areas of M&A, ownership transition strategies, and general corporate finance. We deliver value-added strategic advice that enables our clients to achieve their most ambitious goals.Our clients are family-owned private businesses or closely-held public companies, with revenues of $25 million and above. We work closely with senior management and the board of directors to enable them to achieve their business and ownership goals.The group has a broad industry reach with national coverage. Through our parent company, BMO Financial Group, we have global capabilities, and a global footprint.In addition to my professional role, I earned my MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, my BBA at University of Notre Dame, and am actively involved with several non-profit organizations.I joined BMO through the bank’s Commercial Analyst Development Program in 2012. Prior to BMO, I spent four years at a boutique management consulting firm, Galt & Company. While there, I gained invaluable experience in strategy and value creation, delivered quantifiable results to a number of Fortune 500 companies across various industries, and developed strong skill sets in financial modeling and strategic analysis.
