Dan is a Co-Founder and Head of Investment Banking at Cohen Capital Markets ("CCM"). CCM is a full-service boutique investment bank providing M&A, capital markets and SPAC advisory. CCM has emerged as one of the fasting growing firms and established as the leading SPAC advisors on wall street, with over 80 transactions announced or closed since launching the firm in Q1 2021. CCM provides M&A advisory, private capital markets, SPAC advisory, and PIPEs services to companies across various sectors and stages. Dan has a proven track record of executing successful transactions that create value for his clients and partners. Prior to founding CCM, he was the global head of internet investment banking at Wells Fargo Securities, where he advised on IPOs, acquisitions, SPAC mergers, private placements, and debt financings for many leading technology companies, including Carvana, Shift, Cipher, and Rubicon. He also served as the chief financial officer at MZ, a leading mobile gaming company, and as a director of internet investment banking at BofA Merrill Lynch, where he worked on the IPOs of LinkedIn, Zulily, The Active Network, and Facebook. Dan holds an MBA from Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, an undergraduate degree in economics from University of Pennsylvania, and a general course degree with a focus on mathematics from the London School of Economics. He lives in Woodside with his wife and four children.
