Responsible for the provision and overarching management of ICT Service Delivery to Department for Education corporate business divisions, and the approximate 950 public schools and pre-schools across South Australia. I am additionally responsible for the formation and implementation of a departmental wide 'Digital Modernisation Strategy' which aims to deliver better outcomes for students, teachers and corporate staff through the use and adoption of modern technology.

Responsible for the provision and overarching management of ICT Services to the Attorney General's Department, including Infrastructure, End User Computing, Cyber Security, Service Delivery, ICT Business Partnering, Enterprise Applications Support and Development, and Finance and Contracts Management.

Responsible for the management of all customer facing facets of the Attorney General's Department, ICT Services including Service Desk, Request Management, Desktop Support, and the ICT Business Partnering function. Additionally accountable for the successful delivery of the ICT Transition Program, which effectively managed the Transition of ICT Services for approximately 700 staff from the Department of the Premier and Cabinet, to the Attorney General's Department.

Responsible for the management of the operational arm of Shared Services SA, ICT including Infrastructure, Service Management (Problem, Configuration and Change), End User Computing (including Desktop Support and SOE Management), and Service Delivery/Customer facing teams such as Service Desk and Request Fulfillment.Managing a team of 45 staff providing services to approximately 3000 customers across two State Government Agencies

Responsible for the management of all customer facing facets of Shared Services SA, ICT Services including Service Desk, Desktop Support, Problem Management, Request Management, and Account Management.
